Account Deletion Instructions

Users can request account deletion directly from the app by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Profile
3. Tap on Delete My Account

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

• Once the deletion request is submitted, the account enters a 7-day grace period. During this time, users can cancel the request by logging back into their account.
• After the 7-day period, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Data Handling Details

• Deleted Data: Personal information (e.g., name, phone number, profile details).
• Retained Data (if applicable): Certain data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, regulatory, or financial obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, audit, or compliance requirements). This data is securely stored and not used for other purposes.
