Report Suspicious Emails

If you receive an email claiming to be from Thawani Pay and you are unsure if it is genuine, please do not : Click on any links, Open any attachments, or Reply to the email

To help us keep you safe, please:
  • Forward the suspicious email to: [email protected]
  • Delete the email from your inbox, including the Trash/Deleted Items folder

If you believe you may have clicked a link or shared any information, please contact our support team immediately.

Report Suspicious SMS

If you receive an SMS claiming to be from Thawani Pay and you are unsure if it is genuine, please do not : Click on any links, or Call any numbers in the message

Reply to the SMS
  1. Long-press the suspicious SMS.
  2. Select Forward.
  3. Send it to : [email protected]
  4. Block the sender on your device (iOS or Android).
  5. Delete the SMS from your messages (including any archived folders)
