1. Eligibility

• You must complete KYC verification through the campaign prompt and be part of the targeted campaign list.

• You must satisfy both Condition 1 and Condition 2 (see Section 2) within their respective timeframes to receive the reward.

• One reward per verified user / national ID. Duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same national ID are not eligible, and only one reward will be issued per unique ID regardless of the number of linked accounts.

  
  

2. Reward conditions

Both of the following conditions must be met for the reward to be issued. The wallet top-up (Condition 1) and the qualifying transaction (Condition 2) must together be completed within 7 calendar days of KYC approval.

Condition 1 — Top up at least OMR 10 into your Thawani wallet.

Condition 2 — Complete at least one qualifying transaction from the list below.

Qualifying transactions for Condition 2

Eligible

• Mojab Personal Card purchase

• Mojab Go card activation

• Utility bill payment

• Car insurance purchase

• Order placed and completed on Thawani Store

• International money transfer (remittance) sent

  
  

Not eligible

• Wallet top-up / load itself (see note below)

• MPCSS transactions

• Bank transfer in or out of the wallet

• Athar transactions

Note: "Wallet top-up / load" under Condition 1 refers solely to adding funds into your Thawani wallet. It is a precondition, not a qualifying transaction, and does not by itself satisfy Condition 2. Condition 2 requires a separate, genuine transaction from the eligible list above.

3. Reward

• Reward amount: OMR 1 wallet credit (flat, single payout per eligible user).

• The reward is credited only after both Condition 1 and Condition 2 are met, within 7 calendar days of KYC approval.

• If Condition 1 (wallet top-up) is not completed within 7 calendar days of KYC approval, you become ineligible for this reward cycle, regardless of any later activity.

• If Condition 2 (qualifying transaction) is not completed within 7 calendar days of KYC approval, the reward is forfeited and will not be issued retroactively.

  
  

4. Clawback & reversals

• If the qualifying transaction under Condition 2 (Thawani Store order, Mojab Card purchase, car insurance purchase, utility bill payment, Mojab Go card activation, or international money transfer) is refunded, reversed, or charged back within 14 days of reward issuance, the reward will be revoked or deducted from your wallet balance.

• If the wallet top-up under Condition 1 is itself reversed or disputed (for example, failed funding or a chargeback on the funding source), the reward is void.

  
  

• Thawani Pay reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any reward issued in error, or where fraud, abuse, or circumvention of these Terms is suspected.

  
  

5. General terms

• Thawani Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice, without affecting rewards already validly earned.

  
  

• Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in addition to Thawani Pay's standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  
  

• In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or reward issuance, the decision of Thawani Pay shall be final.
