KYC and Identity Verification Information: As part of our identity verification and KYC process, we collect and store the user's Omani National ID image and selfie image for compliance, KYC audit, and fraud investigation purposes.

Storage: The Omani National ID image and selfie are stored as part of the user's KYC record in our backend infrastructure.
Retention: The Omani National ID image and selfie may be retained indefinitely where required for compliance, KYC audit, or fraud investigation purposes.
Access: Access to the stored KYC information is restricted to authorized personnel, including the Compliance/KYC team, for legitimate compliance, audit, and fraud investigation purposes.
