Mojab Card FAQ

 It’s a prepaid bank card that is issued innovatively by Thawani. Available for using in Oman & worldwide. Mojab Card is highly secure as it does not contain any sensitive information. 

Card request is available via Thawani Pay App along with delivery

  1. Easy in requesting and getting the card as it can be ordered online by Thawani Pay App and gets delivered to users address within short delivery time
  2. Full security, the card has no printed sensitive information. The information can be viewed via Thawani Pay App after being authenticated.
  3. It’s not linked to any bank account; it only uses bank cards to topup the card.
  4. The user can receive and send money directly to Thawani users or via Mobile Payments System either via mobile number or alias name or scan or upload QR
  5. The card can be used inside the App in paying Bills Payment, Gift Cards, Car Insurance, registered merchants, Transfers (Locally & Internationally), Sama offers and many more.
  1. You can order and activate the card in the App
  2.  The card is fully secured and not linked to any bank account
  3. You can top-up the card from any added bank card (Debits only)

2. Click “Request new Mojab card”
3. Click “Mojab”
4. Click “I want this”
5. Choose the name” and click “Next”
6. Choose yes/no, and add the required info 
7. Add a new address or select the saved address 
8. Click “Next”
9. Review the added info and click “Next”
10. Click “Pay”

  1. From the App homepage, Click ” top-up”
  2. Enter the amount you want to top-up the card with and select the card
  3. Click “top-up”
