How can I get a Mojab Card?

Is there a fee to activate a Mojab Card?

No, no fees are required to activate your Mojab Card.

Can I replace my Mojab Card?

You can replace your Mojab Card by clicking the Mojab icon on the homepage of the App.

In case I lose my Mojab Card, is there a payment for a replacement?

Yes, there is a fee of 4 OMR.

Is there a charge for cash withdrawal?

There is no fee when using Bank Dhofar ATM. A fee of 0.105 bz applies when using another local bank ATM.

Can I use my Mojab Card outside of Oman?

Mojab Card is applicable and can be used from anywhere in the world.

Does Mojab Card have an Expiry date?

Yes. it is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

What is the daily maximum limit for Mojab Card payments?

Usage limit of no more than 500 OMR in a day.

What is the maximum amount of money to top up a Mojab Card?

The highest amount of money to top up your Mojab Card or a Mojab Wallet is 999 OMR.

Is there a charge for loading Mojab Wallet?

There is a charge of 100 bz when topping up your Wallet with less than 20 OMR.
